Feilong Machinery independently develops and produces a complete set of putty powder equipment with an annual output of about 20,000 to 30,000 tons. It mainly consists of a high-efficiency mixing system, a storage system, It consists of conveying system, lifting system, weighing system, waiting system, packaging system, dust removal system, material level control system, alarm system, air pressure system, and machine control system. The putty powder complete production line equipment generally uses three raw material tanks, two of which are large tanks used to hold bulk cement and calcium powder, and the remaining small tanks are used to hold light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc. Bulk cement does not require lifting equipment when entering the tank, but relies on pump trucks. Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc. need to be lifted into small tanks using a bucket elevator. The ingenious material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thus avoiding the waste of resources. The metering system, with the cooperation of the metering screw, introduces the raw materials in the silo into the metering bin, and realizes raw material metering through data feedback from the sensor. The measured materials are led into the main bucket elevator through the screw conveyor and lifted to the upper part of the mixer to be mixed. The warehouse to be mixed is a pneumatic large-opening type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity-free mixer to achieve continuous production of putty powder.
The mixing speed of the gravity-free mixer is very fast. Generally, the mixture can be mixed evenly in minutes, and the production capacity is very high. The finished product mixed in the mixer passes through the pneumatic quick door and is quickly placed in the finished product silo for buffering and storage. The finished product silo and the packaging machine enter the packaging machine for measurement and packaging through a soft connection. Users with particularly large output can add a belt conveyor to the rear process of the packaging machine to directly transport the finished product to the finished product area or truck.
